Ordered the agua fresca (limón/pepino) and it was super tasty and refreshing—perfect for the hot weather! The asada fries were delicious, and the salsa sauces were amazing. Overall, really good food. It did take a little time for the order to be ready, but the restrooms were clean and the place was well-kept. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re ever in the area!

Came to Salinas and asked about a good taco shop nearby. Multiple people told me "Tacos Don Beto". I'm glad I listened. The waitress was very friendly and made a great recommendation of the chile verde super burrito. The atmosphere was nice and clean. Clean enough to feel comfortable eating here. The burrito, man alive, was delicious. The meat was tender and juicy and well seasoned. Top it off, the tortillas here, both corn and flour, are homemade. I'll be back.

Another of my favorite Mexican restaurants as far as their food. My favorite are the barbacoa loaded fries and my daughter’s are the asada tacos. Today our food had generous amounts of meat which I liked. The surf and turf burrito is good as well not much shrimp but tasty. The shrimp or fish taco are good too haven’t had it in a while but recommend to try. All of their Aguas Frescas are delicious. During the pandemic I would order Doordash often from them. For the most part their meat is usually salty but I can stand salty. Not much to complain about it. Beans are usually slightly undercooked but nothing too bad as well. They make their own flour and corn tortillas which is nice. I tried their chips today, a little on the expensive side but they taste like they make them as well and they’re good. It seems to be family owned and employed. Customer service is a 2.5 out of 5 not my favorite place for customer service but the food is good. Not that attentive nor look like they enjoy being at the register 8/10 times I’m there. I’d say two of them have great customer service. I still give them 4 stars for the food because it’s good regardless of the way it’s usually seasoned.

Definitely the best Mexican food in town. Ive been there many times since they opened, the taste and freshness is always consistent. There are a few negative reviews on here and everyone has their opinion. However, the best thing to do is try it for yourself and be your own judge. Thank you Tony, Izak and the crew for always making sure the customers always have great tasting food as well as taking care of the customers.

Ordered pastor and carnitas tacos. Delicious. Home made tortillas. Lots of flavor in the meat. Beans were whole pinto but perfect consistency and taste. Green salsa is creamy and delicious. Everything tastes fresh. I recommend. I door dash only. Haven't seen the restaurant

The store is super clean and organized, with a nice vibe. They have a calming sweet pop Spanish playlist. I like it. The food is a bit inconsistent overall the flavor is super tasty but sometimes the meat can be a bit overly greasy or salty. I love the taste of their salsas and taco bowls, yum The service hasn’t been bad in my experience my first two times the cashier was super friendly. My third time it was a different girl she was less friendly but I think she was just in a rush. So it’s been great overall :)

With 45 minutes to spare, my son and I decided to stop here for a quick meal. It was our first visit, and we were not disappointed. While we waited for our tacos, we enjoyed chips and salsa. My son said those were the best chips he’s ever had. You could tell they were fresh. The salsa was also good. We were surprised at how quickly our order was ready. The tacos came with a side of beans and rice. Once again, we were not disappointed. Everything was perfect. We will definitely return.
